I provide a type of therapy known as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for all the clients I work with, regardless of specialty area. CBT examines the relationships between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Once these relationships are understood, you can better understand how and why you perceive situations in certain ways and change problematic behavior and thought patterns more easily.
My clinical experience includes but is not limited to the following areas:
Perinatal and Postpartum Distress
And other issues, including difficult transitions, finding your identity, motivation problems, attention difficulties, and relationship difficulties
