Our sessions will be…
-

-
Targeted & Flexible
We’ll focus on what matters most to you, using practical tools and values-based direction to support meaningful, sustainable change.
-
Culturally Responsive & Integrative
Blending ACT, CBT, and cultural humility to support your healing in a way that honors both science and lived experience.
You don’t have to hold it all alone.
In individual therapy, we create a space that’s real—not performative, not perfect. Whether you’re moving through grief, anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or the quiet ache of disconnection, our work begins with where you are. No fixing. No forcing. Just room to explore what hurts, what matters, and what’s next.
I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion practices, and culturally responsive care to help you notice patterns, expand flexibility, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been overlooked or pushed aside.
Therapy can be a place to feel seen, supported, and gently challenged. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin. You just have to be ready to stop pretending you're fine.
Relationships can be tender, complex, and sometimes exhausting. Whether you're navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, disconnection, or big life transitions, couples therapy offers a space to pause, reconnect, and move with intention.
I support couples of all structures—including monogamous, polyamorous, queer, interracial, and neurodiverse partnerships. Our work will focus on shifting out of reactive cycles and into deeper understanding, emotional safety, and flexible connection. We’ll explore what’s working, what hurts, and what each of you needs to feel more grounded in your relationship.
Therapy is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and paced to support both partners as you grow—individually and together.

FAQs
-
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any relevant background. It’s also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. There’s no pressure to dive into everything all at once—just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

Therapy is most effective when it feels safe, collaborative, and aligned with your needs. If you’re looking for a therapist who blends evidence-based practices like ACT and CBT with cultural responsiveness and a grounded, compassionate approach—I may be a good match. I offer free 20-minute consultations so you can explore that before committing.

I’m in-network with Lyra and Modern Health, and I also provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients through the Lotus Therapy Fund (for AAPI-identifying individuals) and direct pay options for greater privacy and flexibility.

Yes—research shows that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person therapy for many people. It also allows you to access care from the comfort of your home. All sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, and we’ll work together to create a space that feels safe, present, and focused—even from a distance.
